How can I make an Amazon purchase using the School’s account?
The Business Office has created a centralized Amazon Business account to order your Pomfret School needs. If you would like to order something through Amazon, please email Berlynda Geragotelis. This account is specifically set up as a tax-free account with Amazon Prime shipping (when available), which makes it an appealing option. Simply email a link of what you are looking to order along with the quantity and account number to charge to Berlynda.
Please note that this process will follow the same guidelines as any ordering/reimbursements, and your department head will need to pre-approve the purchase. Your order will be shipped to your attention and can be picked up in the mailroom when it arrives.
It is critical that this account is EXCLUSIVELY used for business purposes because it is tied to our tax-exempt status. Please do not request ANY personal purchases with this account.
