Fun for the whole family.
Thursday October 24 — Saturday October 26
This weekend is jam packed with things for you and your child to do. All of the old mainstays are here — faculty conferences, class visits, college speaker, harvest dinner, home games — alongside a few new activities to keep you busy.
Matt Hyde, assistant vice president of enrollment and dean of admissions at Lafayette College, is this year's speaker.
The W.P. Carey lecture series brings students and parents face-to-face with prominent college admissions officers from around the country. Past speakers include Peter Wilson for the University of Chicago, Lee Coffin from Dartmouth, and Amy Jarich from the University of California Berkeley.
Meet one-on-one with your child's advisor, college counselor, and teachers. Standard appointments are 10 minutes. Advisor and college counselor appointments are 20 minutes.
Enjoy a delicious meal with your family in Strong Field House. This event will also feature a student arts program that you don't want to miss. After dinner, you have the choice to join us for a bonfire and pep rally.
Go back to school and see what your child is really doing in the classroom. Class visits start Thursday afternoon.
Catch your favorite Griffin in action. During Family Weekend, every game is a home game.
