This fun-filled tradition will give you and your family the opportunity to meet, mingle, and make memories with other members of the Pomfret community. The W.P. Carey lecture series brings students and parents face-to-face with prominent college admissions officers from around the country. Logan Powell, dean of admissions at Brown University, is this year's speaker.

All parents are invited and encouraged to attend this in-depth workshop on the college process, led by our College Counseling team.
Family Weekend participants will need to produce documentation of a valid Covid-19 vaccination card or a recent negative Covid test result secured between 3–5 days of your arrival on campus. Please make certain to have this essential documentation ready when you check in. You will also be required to wear a mask inside campus buildings or when crowding makes outdoor social distancing impossible.

Conferences are virtual this year. These Zoom Meetings will take place on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, in the lead up to Family Weekend.
Long Fall Weekend »
OCT. 30–Nov. 2, 2021
Students may depart after their last commitment on Saturday, October 30. Students must return by 7:30 PM on Tuesday, November 2. Classes resume on Wednesday, November 3. During this long weekend, dorms will remain open and students may stay on campus.
