The Bricks

Overlooking the central quad, The Bricks are a set of four ivy-covered dormitories — Dunworth, Pontefract, Plant, and Bourne — built in the early 1900s in the Collegiate Georgian style. Each dorm features a traditional three-floor layout, with long hallways of rooms and a centrally located common room equipped with a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and microwave. These shared spaces offer students a relaxed setting to connect, study, or unwind. With their distinctive architecture and central location, The Bricks are a familiar and well-loved cornerstone of residential life at Pomfret.
