This course is designed to allow our students to dive into selected pieces of Spanish Literature (prose, poetry and plays). The journey will begin in the Middle Ages and will end with contemporary texts. The literary selections will be studied in depth, along with their authors and their historical context. At the beginning of the course we will review literary forms and figures of speech. Readings, comments and discussions in class will be the foundation of the course. Lessons will be held 100% in Spanish.
