- Algebra
Algebra II builds on the foundation in Algebra I and Geometry, reinforcing prior knowledge while introducing more advanced algebraic concepts. Students begin with a review of skills before progressing to more complex topics. These include polynomial operations, factoring, rational and radical expressions, complex numbers, and quadratic functions in greater depth. Throughout the course, students develop their skills through a combination of problem-solving, graphing, and analytical reasoning. Emphasis is placed on understanding multiple approaches to solving problems and selecting appropriate methods. By the end of the course, students should have strengthened their algebraic fluency and problem-solving abilities, preparing them to transition into Precalculus in the following year.
