Advanced Calculus III is a course in Differential Equations. It covers the techniques of solving: such differential equations as: separable, exact, homogenous and linear. Other types of equations and techniques are explored, including the technique of differential operators, the technique of Laplace transforms and Step functions. Students will set up and solve many problems that cover mechanical and electrical systems.

Departmental approval is required for this course. Prerequisite: Advanced Calculus II or its equivalent.
