This year-long, advanced-level course is designed for dedicated theater enthusiasts, offering a comprehensive exploration of acting and directing. Students will progress through three acting electives—Acting: Theatre for Youth & Communities (fall), Acting & Improvisation (winter), and Intro to Directing for Actors (Spring)—at an advanced level, culminating in a public performance. Throughout the year, students will refine their artistic practices, develop confidence in their performance abilities, and explore essential themes through storytelling and performances tailored to audiences of various ages while enhancing their physical and vocal proficiencies.
