Learn how to make an audience laugh through this exploration of comedic performance. Through a survey of improvisation, sketch comedy, and clowning techniques, actors will understand the “formula” of great comedy, then develop the confidence to make bold comic choices of their own. Students will collaborate with their classmates to develop an original (and hilarious) sketch comedy show as their final project.
