PROGRAM OVERVIEW
At Pomfret, our girls varsity lacrosse program is built for the athlete who wants to be challenged, seen, and empowered. We compete against top prep schools in New England, ensuring our players are tested against top-tier talent day in and day out. This environment prepares our student-athletes to compete at the next level as we have an outstanding history of placing players at top Division I and Division III colleges. However, on the Hilltop, success is measured by more than the scoreboard. Our coaching staff prioritizes character development and leadership, mentoring players to become resilient teammates and confident communicators. We cultivate an environment where grit, integrity, and sportsmanship are just as important as our results. Whether you aim for the next level or seek individual growth, our program provides the edge you need to excel in lacrosse and in life. Pomfret competes in the Western New England Prep School Lacrosse Association and ends the season with its league tournament.
