Learning outcomes are course-based skills and behaviors established by the teacher for a specific course. Courses typically have between five and ten unique outcomes. Outcomes allow students to demonstrate learning through application, move at their own pace, progress to higher levels of understanding once they've mastered a concept, and develop skills for professional success.
