Registration for Family Weekend is a two-step process. To get started, visit this page anytime between now and October 24 to register for the weekend. Once we receive your registration, we will send you an email, inviting you to book your conference appointments through a service called Pick-A-Time.

This meeting is for sophomore parents involved with the Council on International Educational Exchange.

Harvest Reception and Dinner

6:30 - 8:30 PM - Strong Field House
Reception for all families, students, faculty, and administration followed by a buffet-style dinner.
Post-dinner performances by the Pomfret string ensemble, dance and theater groups, and contemporary music ensemble. Exhibits of student photography, fine and digital arts, and an ensemble performance by the Grifftones and chorus complete the evening.

Requesting Student Leave with Boardingware

Tasty treats available from the Community Service team at Pomfret’s Food Truck near the turf fields. All proceeds benefit local charities.

Fall Long Weekend

Students are allowed to remain on campus throughout this short break. Students may not depart campus on Saturday afternoon until completing their last school commitment and must return to their dorms by 7:30 PM on Tuesday, October 31. Classes resume November 1.
